When I have called into the Office trying to see if I could find a better rate. I know that you deal with a few different insurance companies. They will look up my file and I will ask them to see if they could find anything cheaper for me. The answer I received more or less I’m sure there isn’t anything cheaper for you. That being said, I was confused as to if they looked for things and nothing was cheaper or just assumed nothing was cheaper not sure

I had only one instance when I might have possibly needed to file a claim. In that case, IHRY Insurance was very supportive. I asserted, myself, that I didn´t need to file, but IHRY Insurance wanted to make sure I was positive in my decision,and was even doing follow up calls to make sure there was no need. I appreciated that, they were in no way hindering the process,or discouraging in any way. They wanted to make sure me and my property was taken care of right. That is the stuff that builds trust.
